Infor­ma­tion on Online Dis­pute Resolution

In the first quar­ter of 2016, the EU Com­mis­sion will pro­vide an Inter­net plat­form for the online set­tle­ment of dis­putes (so-called “OS plat­form”). The OS plat­form is intend­ed to serve as a con­tact point for out-of-court set­tle­ment of dis­putes con­cern­ing con­trac­tu­al oblig­a­tions aris­ing from online sales con­tracts. With the judge­ment of 12 May 1998 (Az.: 312 O 85/98) the region­al court Ham­burg decid­ed that those, who set a link on a stranger Web­site, adopt its con­tents, if they do not dis­so­ci­ate them­selves suf­fi­cient­ly from it. They may then be joint­ly respon­si­ble for the con­tent. The BVE here­by express­ly dis­so­ci­ates itself from all con­tent on web­sites to which the present Inter­net offer refers by link.

R&D — Research and development

The BVE analy­ses the social, eco­nom­ic and eco­log­i­cal per­for­mance of small and medi­um-sized enter­pris­es (SMEs) and organ­i­sa­tions on the basis of sci­en­tif­i­cal­ly meth­ods. In doing so, we are guid­ed by the qual­i­ty stan­dards that are cus­tom­ary in research and devel­op­ment worldwide.

Nev­er­the­less, we would like to point out that all infor­ma­tion that we pub­lish in the form does not claim to be objec­tive due to the sub­jec­tive­ly defined cri­te­ria and weight­ings, but should be under­stood as an expres­sion of opinion.

It is pos­si­ble that out­stand­ing cor­po­rate per­for­mance may not be accom­pa­nied by pos­i­tive eval­u­a­tion results. In such cas­es, affect­ed com­pa­nies should com­mu­ni­cate the facts in a par­tic­u­lar­ly detailed man­ner so that they are com­pre­hen­si­ble to third parties.

Diese Web­siten benutzen Google Ana­lyt­ics, einen Web­analyse­di­enst der Google Inc. (“Google”)

Auf den BVE-Web­siten wird der Web­analyse­di­enst Google Ana­lyt­ics der Google Inc. einge­set­zt. Google Ana­lyt­ics ver­wen­det Cook­ies, die auf dem Com­put­er des Nutzers gespe­ichert wer­den und die eine Analyse der Nutzung der Web­site ermöglichen. Die durch das Cook­ie erzeugten Infor­ma­tio­nen über die Nutzung dieser Web­site – ein­schließlich der IP-Adresse — wer­den in der Regel an einen Serv­er von Google in den USA über­tra­gen und dort gespe­ichert. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass die IP-Adresse des Nutzers auf der BVE-Web­site anonymisiert erfasst wird. Um dies zu gewährleis­ten, wurde die Funk­tion gat._anonymizeIp(); in den Google Ana­lyt­ics Track­ing Code einge­bun­den. Dies hat zur Folge, dass die IP-Adresse von Google inner­halb von Mit­glied­staat­en der Europäis­chen Union oder in anderen Ver­tragsstaat­en des Abkom­mens über den Europäis­chen Wirtschaft­sraum vor der Über­mit­tlung gekürzt wird. Nur in Aus­nah­me­fällen wird die volle IP-Adresse an einen Serv­er von Google in den USA über­tra­gen und dort gekürzt. Im Auf­trag des Bun­desver­band Ethik wird Google mit diesen Infor­ma­tio­nen die Nutzung der BVE-Web­site auswerten, um Reports über die Web­siteak­tiv­itäten zusam­men­zustellen und um weit­ere mit der Web­sitenutzung und der Inter­net­nutzung ver­bun­dene Dien­stleis­tun­gen gegenüber dem BVE zu erbrin­gen. Die im Rah­men von Google Ana­lyt­ics vom Brows­er des Nutzers über­mit­telte IP-Adresse wird nicht mit anderen Dat­en von Google zusammengeführt.

Schutz der Nutzungs­dat­en vor Google Analytics

Die Erfas­sung der durch das Cook­ie erzeugten und auf die Nutzung der Web­site bezo­ge­nen Dat­en (inkl. IP-Adresse), die Über­mit­tlung an Google sowie die Ver­ar­beitung dieser Dat­en durch Google kann ver­hin­dert wer­den, indem das unter dem fol­gen­den Link ver­füg­bare Brows­er-Plu­g­in (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de ) herun­terge­laden und instal­liert wird. Eine weit­ere Möglichkeit, um die Aufze­ich­nung des Nutzerver­hal­tens zu unterbinden, ist die Deak­tivierung des Options­feldes in der Fußzeile jed­er Seite. Diese Ein­stel­lung wird in einem Cook­ie gespe­ichert und gilt, solange dieses nicht gelöscht oder ein ander­er Brows­er ver­wen­det wird.
